  • The two french fundraising specialists for non-profit organizations OPTIMUS and EXCEL merged in decembre 2016 and operate under the HOPENING brand since march 2017. See Hopening in references.

  • November 2015, Poulaillon - Listing on the Alternext market
  • Poulaillon is a family business specialised in Bakery and Casual fast food. The Company is listed on the Alternext market by raising 6.1 M€ wih the assistance of IBI as Listing sponsor.

  • December 2012 : First bond issue of 11.7 million € with the IBO process on Nyse Euronext
  • Listed on Euronext, Capelli (Property Development) issued on the Alternext market an amount of € 11.7 million which will help to capture the many opportunities available to those who are among the leaders in their field, especially in difficult times.

    Management efforts and operational performance Capelli allowed to return the debt, which represented 120% of equity in 2008/2009 to zero in 2011/2012 … on € 32 million of equity at 31 March 2012 (the “tangible” capital because goodwill amounted to only € 0.2 million)!

    Capelli was rated BBB by the rating agency Scope, placing the company in the category “Investment grade” to talk to all categories of institutional investors.

    First listed on Euronext to use the IBO – Initial Bond Offer – process designed by NYSE Euronext, which allows individual investors to subscribe, NYSE Euronext centralizing all requests from banking networks and online brokers.

    Thus, individual investors accounted for 35.1% of the amount subscribed, and institutional investors 64.9%.

    Capelli is an independent family, which creates jobs and gradually develops on the French territory.

  • HDS Group, which specializes in cloud computing, acquired the software publisher Safeware. IBI has assisted the management of HDS in completing this transaction, as Financial Advice for funding it. HDS should realize a turnover of more than € 3 million in 2012 over 5 countries in Europe.

  • NSE Group, with the assistance of its minority financial shareholders took control of ECT Industries (ECT is listed on Alternext since 2006 with the assistance of IBI, Listing Sponsor) during the second half of 2011. On 8 June 2012, ECT Industries merged with NSE NSE Industries Holding. NSE Industries achieved a turnover of € 55 million at December 31, 2012 and designs, implements, integrates and offers support services in the areas of defense (80% of sales), civil aviation (10%) and industry (10%) with a strong international presence. IBI is listing sponsor of NSE Industries.

  • Commentaires d’IBI : Ce Groupe, basé à Nantes, avec 100 millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires, est l’un des plus importants de son secteur dans la région, et compte parmi les principaux opérateurs en France. Sa particularité tient dans son régime de SCOP (société coopérative ouvrière de production) qui a permis l’émission de titres participatifs (offrant un rendement cash d’au moins 7% par an et un taux de rendement interne potentiel de 18% sur 7 ans) souscrits par des investisseurs intéressés par des déductions d’ISF pouvant aller jusqu’à 75% de leur investissement dans cette entreprise. L’ensemble du pool bancaire a souscrit à la première tranche de financement close le dès le mois de septembre, la seconde venant d’ouvrir …
